Ga'anda

The Ga'anda, also written Ganda, were one of the many nomadic peoples of the northern part of East Africa, specifically Uganda.
African Ga'anda art concerned vessels made of wood or red terracotta. These containers were intended for their daily use as well as prestigious and royal pottery. The latter took the form of a glossy black ovoid vase.
