Lega Muminia mask - SOLD OUT

This Lega Muminia mask is one of the few Lega masks to be worn on the face. The other types (Idimu, Lukwakongo etc) are carried by hand or on panels. It is also large compared to the other types of Bwami masks mentioned above as it is 21 cm high.
This one is circular and still has ancient traces of kaolin.
Of course he belonged to a graduate of Bwami and served, like most of the Lega art corpus, for the initiation of individuals.
