Bura Asina-Sikka Head - SOLD OUT
In African art The bura culture was first discovered in 1975 in the north-west of Niamey, the capital of Niger, and in neighboring Burkina Faso. Typical terracotta discoveries, stylistically unequivocal, have been dated to the third and third centuries of our era.
The current sculpture is made of four terracotta and is characteristic of the "bura culture": the oval head of sand color displays eyes of coffee bean.
