This work of the Luba people is part of a collection that was published in a catalogue entitled, Africa, The Collection of a Lifetime, G. Elias. An unpublished collection, a timeless testimony of Central African cultures. The G. Elias Collection features primitive art objects from the deep forests of Africa that have captured the keen and passionate eye of the collector, Mr. G. Elias. He collected his entire collection during his professional activities in the second half of the 20th century, more precisely in 1978.
