Kumu Ibole mask
Traditional African mask used by Kumu or Komo initiates supervising young boys transitioning to adulthood.
Almost nothing is known about the course of the initiation rites. These could last several days during which masked dancers came out.
The masks are named after Ibole and Nsembu.
