Exceptional object in traditional African art

Extraordinary African worshipers who are usually worn by the high priestesses of Osun. Osun is a female Orisa from the eponymous river. We find the worship center of this deity in Ogsobo. These rather rare pieces on the art market because very personal, are in the form of a disc decorated with pearls mounted on a handle. Osun a provider of food, therefore life!
