Wakemia Baule spoon

Remarkable ram's head, against the "anthropomorphic" versions of these objects. Beautiful traces of prolonged use. The Wakemia and Wunkirmian African spoons were the reward given to the most welcoming women in the village.

Very old piece brought by an engineer from Ivory Coast.
This object comes from the Baoulé country. Native of the suburbs of Bouaké.
