African mask of the Pongdudu type of Boa

Traditional Pongdudu masks can not be confused because of their characteristic appearance. They are recognized by their expression very marked by the big, often toothed smile, the gaping circular eyes and especially the famous detached and sometimes articulated ears. It seems that these masks were worn by the bravest warriors.
