Lulua mask
Very richly decorated African Bena Lulua mask. It is not certain that this type of mask was intended to be worn but was rather displayed as a prestige object. The patterns on the face correspond to the very famous body art of the Luluwa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is also found on their statues.
